If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase give us a call at
717-847-8522. We will take all reasonable measures to make sure we fulfill the order to your satisfaction.
Swing Set Direct will consider a refund or exchange on returns initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will only consider a return of a swing set that was professionally installed and has not been altered or relocated. Only unused swing set accessories will be considered for return or exchange. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including original charges incurred to deliver the product to the customer, and costs to return the product to Swing Set Direct. When the product(s) is received (by purchaser) we recommend you keep any packing material, as it may be needed for returns.
Refunds apply to the purchase price of product(s) only. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, even if a discount was extended to reduce freight charges paid by the customer.
No refunds will be made until all returned products are in the possession of Swing Set Direct. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. The turn-around time to receive the credit depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Damaged or Missing Parts
Customer shall not be responsible for damage caused by the shipping company delivering the product, as long as such damage is noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, or the shipment is refused. If, upon further review, you find that you have missing or damaged parts, you should contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will immediately ship the replacement parts.
Swing Set Direct retains the exclusive right to determine whether an item may be returned, exchanged, or cancelled, once the order has been shipped.
